Katharina is an innovation consultant at launchlabs. She loves to work closely with clients, immerse herself in different projects and pass on her knowledge. She designs workshop concepts, moderates and coaches various formats and supports organizations in user-centred innovation. In addition, she developed games to make complex coherences tangible and travelled the (corporate) world for Lufthansa as a flight attendant. Before the agile culture and method of design thinking became ingrained, she studied International Business Administration in Frankfurt until her master's degree in Strategic Communication in Social and Economic Contexts led her to the University of the Arts in Berlin. Inspired by interdisciplinary thinking, she ended up at the HPI School of Design Thinking in Potsdam, where she completed the Basic and Advanced Track.

As an innovation consultant with design expertise and a lot of start-up experience, Laura supports companies on their path to innovation and transformation. She is a certified Scrum Master and trained workshop facilitator. Her mission at launchlabs: to bring innovation practices from the start-up world into experienced companies. Methodical, engaging and with a good dose of fun.
Laura studied human-centred design and design thinking methods throughout her bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design and her master's degree in Leadership in the Creative Industries. During her studies, she immersed herself in the start-up scene and worked as a user experience designer on concepts and interfaces for hardware and software products – for a wide range of target groups: from e-bike riders and hoteliers to students from Vietnam and China. Always along for the ride: strong conceptual skills, curiosity and a lot of empathy for a collaboration at eye level.
Laura loves podcasts – listening to them and recording them herself. When she's not behind the microphone talking about design and the future, she's out exploring other Berlin neighbourhoods (and the world in pandemic-free times). In her leisure time, she is committed to her passion for mental health at the start-up Sisu Health, which she has supported since its founding. At home, she not only tends to her growing jungle of plants, but also finesses the perfect sauces for bibimbab and dumplings.
Sepideh is an innovation consultant and Agile coach at launchlabs. As a psychologist, she always keeps people in mind when it comes to innovation processes and changes in the work context. Her passion is to get people moving in workshop-based formats, to rethink work with them and to develop solutions together with the help of innovative tools. Her goal is to empower her clients to master and shape the new demands of the working world themselves. To do this, she also makes use of her knowledge as a certified scrum master and product owner.
Growing up in Bremen, it took Sepideh to Zurich, Hildesheim and Berlin for her studies. She was particularly interested in experimental research in social and decision psychology. Sepideh had her first contact with innovative methods at the Wagniswerkstatt of the Humboldt University in Berlin, where she developed a web-based solution for a start-up in an interdisciplinary team using the design thinking process. Intrigued by how much can be achieved in such a short time with the right mindset and method box, she deepened her knowledge alongside her psychology studies at her working student job at the SAP Innovation Center and later at a change and innovation consultancy. She was always able to link her psychological know-how to her work and apply it in a targeted manner.
Growing up between Persian and German culture, Sepideh knows how to dine well and be on time for appointments. She spends her free time exploring new places - preferably with friends or her family. She cares a lot about equal opportunities and educational justice, which is why she has repeatedly been involved in social projects over the years. Convinced that the success of a state should also be measured by its citizen's well-being and not just by its gross domestic product, Sepideh uses "Happy Life Hacks" to explore the question of what really makes people happy.

Jonathan always wanted to work in a place where innovation happens, so he joined launchlabs as an innovation consultant. As a former design student, he continues to be a designer, but on a more abstract level. He helps teams overcome outdated thinking patterns with his design thinking knowledge, solves complex problems creatively and understand that failing is simply part of the game. "Innovation is learnable" - that's a mindset that fascinates him and, in his opinion, enables every team to always respond to a changing environment with new ideas.
Jonathan worked as a cameraman during his design studies and ran his own media agency. In doing so, he learned to put people at the center of design, to understand and observe them in order to tell their story. With a lot of curiosity, heart and drive, he brings his previous experience as a communication designer and media all-rounder to a human-centered problem solving and design practice.
Next to design or film projects, Jonathan likes to get on his road bike and explore the Berlin countryside - of course, with a stop at one of the good specialty coffee shops along the way. He also likes to dive into the world of electronic sounds with one of his synthesizers.
Jonathan pursues his passion for art by helping out in an art gallery in Berlin or in his heart project "Veta", which aims to (re)shape the world into a more beautiful place through curiosity. The project, founded together with a good friend, focuses on people who already feel what tomorrow's society needs.
