The room rental includes water, tea and coffee specialties. For soft drinks, a beverage flat rate of € 4.90 per person/per day will be charged. 

Since the service and cleaning of the premises are not included in our scope of services, you are welcome to book service staff who have been instructed in our premises. If you bring your own service staff, please allow time for the introduction and arrange an appointment in advance.

Rosengarten

Modern European cuisine, 4 min. walk. Food á la carte can be ordered in advance, in summer you can also sit outside. Ideal for workshops up to 15 people, especially if you need to go fast!

3 Schwestern

With a beautiful, quiet garden in the backyard next to the outdoor cinema, this restaurant (10 min. walk) is ideal for summer, but you can also sit very comfortably in the former monastery hospital in winter. Surprising, reasonably priced 3-course meals are served for small and larger groups.
(Here you have to plan a little more time).

Mundvoll

Here, 5 min. walk, hipsters and ‘real’ Kreuzbergers meet in unpretentious interior with concrete-look walls and outdoor area on the lively street. Changing daily menu and rich breakfast, always fresh and tasty prepared. Perfect for smaller groups up to 10 participants.

Kombrink

Small but nice: the Kombrink (6 min. walk) prepares daily changing, homemade lunch menus of soups & stews, quiches & salads and delicious sweet desserts, largely with regional ingredients of natural origin. In the summer you sit in the sun in peace. For workshops up to 10 people. (Here a little more time must be planned).

The launchlabs Berlin are idyllically located at the Engelbecken and not far from the lively Oranienstraße.
The greenhouse see directly on the first floor (staircase 2) of the traditional Gewerbehof.
The playground is located in the Gewerbehöfe at Leuschnerdamm 13, through the entrance of the Engelbecken-Höfe, at staircase 5, on the 1st floor.

Parking in front of the Engelbecken yards is paid and limited. During the period from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., parking is allowed in the courtyards for delivery purposes.

The large gate at the entrance to the Gewerbehöfe will be open until 4:00 pm. Who wants to deliver after that, please contact us in advance.

The Playgtound around 1.OG also has a historic elevator, which can be used for large deliveries with pleasure. The help of instructed team members is needed for this.
Therefore, we also ask for the use of the elevator for timely coordination in advance.

You are welcome to decorate the rooms as you wish. However, we ask that all furniture be returned to its original condition before leaving.

The rooms are to be left clean and tidy in the condition found. If they are not left in orderly condition, we reserve the right to charge a clean-up fee of 500€ net.

• Our Greenhouse, with numerous windows and two entrances & exits is located on the first floor. Assembly point is at the Angel Basin, in front of the courtyards.
• Our Playground is located on the 1st floor, the escape route is the entrance & exit door, also here you will find the assembly point at the Engelbecken in front of the courtyards.
• Of course you will find escape plans, signposts, fire extinguishers and first aid boxes with us.
